2025 Move AI Product Review for Transportation Providers
Smarter Routing
Route by Appointment: Improve your on-time performance by planning trips around the time members need to arrive. Routes are built backward from the appointment time, factoring in real-world traffic patterns to keep ETAs accurate. When required, you can still route trips based on the pickup time.
Wait and Return: Reduce dead miles and improve the member experience on return trips by applying a waiting time for shorter appointments. Automatically allow the same driver to wait on site or assign the return to a nearby driver when waiting does not make sense.
Consistent Routing: Improve your member and driver experience with consistent routing. Give your members a more familiar experience by pairing them with the same passengers on both legs of the journey. When appropriate, your drivers can also be assigned to both legs, reducing variability in assignments and improving driver utilization.
Bookings & Assignments
Bidding on Journeys: Increase your driver acceptance rate by sharing trip options that fit their schedule. Your drivers can choose multi-stop routes or return legs of a journey, avoiding split-leg assignments.
Auto-Add Bookings – Will Calls: Maximize your fleet utilization for will calls & on demand requests without increasing your dispatchers’ workload. The system monitors the status of trips already in progress & automatically inserts new bookings when capacity allows.
Driver Preferred Locations: Keep your drivers where they are needed most using assignment rules. They can be prioritized near high-demand areas, such as healthcare facilities, reducing dead miles and improving earning potential.
Dispatch Visibility & Control
Route Manager: Give your operators the flexibility to manage routes when adjustments or overrides are needed. They can view all stops in a journey with detailed information, monitor the status of each stop, see the distance to the next stop, track driver progress in real time, create new journeys, and reorder, add, or remove stops that are already dispatched.
Member Preferences
Custom Member Rules: Reduce member complaints and better meet SLAs with parameters. Automatically apply member’s preferences such as riding alone or with others, requesting a specific driver, or preferring a certain vehicle type to each trip.
Driver App
Passenger details while en route: Reduce no shows and cancellations by resolving pickup issues before your driver arrives. With direct access to booking details and member contact information while en route, your drivers can address questions in real time.
Booking detail access on routes: Give your drivers better visibility into upcoming trips. Drivers can view all booking details for active and pre-booked routes, including important job notes such as passenger needs and special instructions.
